Venue : Kelana Jaya Swimming Complex, Kompleks Sukan MBPJ, Jalan SS 7/15, Petaling Jaya.

(i) RM100.00**per swimmer (unlimited events)
(ii) RM60.00** per Family Relay.

Age Group
- Group A: age 37 and above Born in 1987 and earlier
- Group B: age 19 to 36 Born in 2005 to 1988
- Group 1: age 16 to 18 Born in 2006 to 2008
- Group 2: age 14 to 15 Born in 2009 to 2010
- Group 3: age 12 to 13 Born in 2011 to 2012
- Group 4: age 10 to 11 Born in 2013 to 2014
- Group 5: age 9 & under Born in 2015 and later
- Family: 4 x 50 Freestyle Relay Mixed Age (with at least 1 parent)

Competition Rules
The Competition shall be conducted according to the World Aquatics rules, subject to final decisions by the referee and organizing committee.
- All events will be swum as Time Finals.
- The One start rule applies.
- Swimmers who have represented their states in the preceding 3 years (2024, 2023 and 2022), either in national age group or MSSM or Sukma, shall be classified as State Swimmers. State Swimmers to swim in exhibition category only and are ineligible for medals (except for Family Relay event).
- Medals will be awarded to the first three placing in each event.
- No limit in number of swimmers entered in each event. Swimmers are allowed to compete in any number of events offered under that particular age group.
- Each swimmer must swim within his or her age group in individual events (except for Family Relay event).
- The competition pool and the warm-up pool will be opened for warmup on the day of competition at 6.45am. No fins and paddles can be used during the warm-up. Lane 1 & 8 for both pools are solely dive sprint lanes. No diving for Lane 2 to 7.
- In order to ensure a smooth competition, the competition pool deck is strictly out of bounds to ALL - except Technical Officials, competition management committee, appointed volunteers and appointed media coverage personnel.
Entries
- All entries must be accompanies by full payment by the entry closing date. There will not be any refund of entry fees in the event of withdrawals.
- Key dates:
- Entry closing date 9th September 2024, 5pm (Monday).
- Withdrawal dateline 19th September 2024, 5pm (Thursday).
- Competition date 28th September 2024, 8am (Saturday).
Protest
All protests must be made on appropriate forms accompanied by a RM100.00 fee, half an hour after the results have been officially announced. Protests must be submitted to the Meet Referee by the Team Manager or by independent (no team) participants. Protests shall be considered by the Meet Referee. Protest fees shall not be refundable if the appeal is not upheld.
Jury of Appeal
Protest rejection by the Meet Referee can be appealed to the Jury of Appeal whose decision shall be final. The Jury shall comprise of the following:
- Secretary of the Organizing Committee.
- A representative from two participating Clubs not involved in the dispute.
